YTDS

We are striving to plant a million tree, but this is definitely not enough, that is why YTDS actively contributes to look after, care and nurture the trees.
We have a dedicated team and volunteers for the work and they keep looking after the trees on regular basis. We work strategically for achieving the goal of planting a million trees.
Till now we have planted more than 35 thousand trees. We have more than 150 volunteers and around 10 organization are working with us.
Not only this but also our work has been recognized and we have been awarded by PMC through the hands of former MP Ganesh Bapat and also being awarded by Anil Sativ Patil Foundation.
Our campaign has motivated many people to join us and become a volunteer in YTDS. We have dedicated every Sunday for look after of the trees in the different parts Pune.
We are proud to say that we have engaged with many people, organization, NGOs, Corporate during the campaign, it proves the awareness of people and we appreciate it.

Ketan Jadhav

He is body member of YTDS. He is a young entrepreneur.
As a YTDS body member, he is actively involved in all forms of YTDS programmes and activities.
During the lockdown, he also aided in distributing meals to the less fortunate and assisting them with transportation to their homes.
He never misses any YTDS event. He even encourages his employees to help the cause.
He has passed this on to his children, who regularly assist in tree planting.

Vikas Bhatt

Vikas Bhatt is the CRO of only-b2b, he has dedicated his precious time in planting trees with us many times.
On his birthday every year, he plants a tree.
Given that he was born on Environment Day, it makes more sense for him to plant a tree.
Not only he but also his family came forward for the contribution. They all joined us for this work and planted trees in Bakori hills with great enthusiasm.

In one of our tree plantation campaign, we were encouraging people to adopt a tree.
After our presentation a man came forward and said “I want to plant 200 trees. We were actually elated and bewildered at the same time.
After talking to him, we discovered the best part, he said I want to plant trees on the name of my father, who has taught me about my duties towards environment and society.
YTDS feels so grateful for the help of Mr Deepak Sharma.His contribution even motivated his boss Jennifer Kastle , who sent funding for planting trees from her side from the UK. We appreciate both of their contributions.

They began their new year with the goal of planting trees.

Yerwada Police Station

On November 16, 2022, YTDS planted more than 50 trees in the Yerwada Police Station.
Sr. PI. Balkrushna Kadam Sir took charge of the project and donated to our #PlantAMillionTrees campaign.
He came forward for the cause and planted trees around the police station. He pledged with us to continue planting trees every year and make the environment clean.
Being a senior officer his work motivates his juniors as well as the citizens to work for the cause.
Planting trees on of the most beautiful and soulful work, we are thankful to Sr.PI.Balkrushna Kadam for understanding the needs and helping us out in this noble cause.

J S TYAGI MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL

J S Tyagi Memorial High School is a top performer English medium school in Khadki, Pune.
Our massively successful tree-planting initiative took place at Tyagi School. A "Tree Plantation" Drive by us was a huge success.
The Tyagi School children also planted more than 50 trees. Students showed up and planted the samples arranged by us.
Additionally, 200 samples were prepared for their School Nursery for a Greener Earth.
They were very enthusiastic and positive about the cause. Children of their age worked very hard. Their motivation keeps us motivated and we are looking forward to this journey.
We are so thankful to the school to let children participate in these noble projects by volunteering to improve society.

One of the largest contributors to the #PlantAMillionTrees campaign, ONLY B2B has partnered with YTDS and has already planted more than 18,000 trees.
The very recent work can be observed on the World Environment Day. Only-B2B has been contributing to us from the very beginning of the campaign.
We initiated this campaign on 10^th june 2018 and since then only-b2b has partnered in it with great motivation. Their involvement from the start has given us the push required.
We are thankful to Mr. Ameet Bhinganiya, CEO of only b2b for helping us out in this novel cause.

We are really delighted and encouraged to inform you that Shaw Toyota is one of those contributors who have assisted us not only in tree planting but also in other programs and campaigns done by YTDS.
They have been part of our women self defence program and encouraged this in their office as well.
Apart from this they have also been active in our relief camp for flood victims of kolhapur in 2019.
On Makes Group Foundation Day, we organized a tree-planting effort in collaboration with Shaw Toyota.
We are happy to share that more than 40 volunteers from Shaw Toyota helped us in planting trees. They participated in this campaign with a motivated spirit.
All the volunteers were cheerful and willingly helped us. They contributed to planting more than 150 trees in bakori hills, Pune.

Priydarshani Garden Inauguration & Tree Plantation

A multi-faceted event incorporated with Govt. Of Maharashtra, where multiple NGOs contributed to plant 60,000 trees within a month. Many NCC students also participated and contributed to this event.
YTDS leaded the drive by planting more than 50% of the trees out of 60,000.

YTDS in association with Sankalp Pratishthan & Mahiti Seva Samiti, have organized multiple tree plantation campaigns under the hood - #PlantAMillionTrees on the Bakori hills.
One of our recurring & major contributor to our campaign, we proudly say that they have assisted us in planting more than 4000 trees so far with 80+ volunteers in action.
Hon. Manohar Joshi, Former Speaker of the Lok Sabha have contributed to this campaign as well.

Running Punter’s Drive

For #24HrRelayRun which covered a total of 3798 km by 150+ participants for Running Putners Drive contributed to our campaign.
Running Punters along with YTDS planted 3798 trees in phase wise manner to equal the number of kilometers covered by all participants.
