Youth Talent Development Society (YTDS), through its CyberSmart & CyberFinSmart initiative, conducted a large-scale cyber safety and financial fraud awareness campaign across five states, educating students, adults, and elderly communities on phishing, scams, OTP frauds, and safe digital practices through grassroots outreach programs.

India’s accelerated digital adoption has increased exposure to cyber threats, financial frauds, phishing scams, and unsafe online behaviour, particularly among first-time digital users, students, and elderly populations.
As digital payments and online services expand rapidly, awareness and cyber literacy have not grown at the same pace, creating significant risk at the grassroots level.
