Turning Youth Potential Into Real Change

In 2007, we recognized a growing gap between awareness and action. India’s youth — our greatest strength — had immense potential, yet many lacked access to the opportunities needed to shape their future. With over 65% of the population under 35, the need to empower young people was undeniable. YTDS was created to bridge this gap by equipping youth with education, practical skills, and environmental leadership opportunities. Our focus is on transforming ideas into action by building sustainable livelihoods, strengthening critical thinking, and driving real change at the grassroots level.At YTDS, we believe real change begins when individuals are empowered to lead it.
