Our Aim
YTDS's primary goal is to empower individuals by providing them with the necessary skills, resources, and opportunities to secure gainful employment. We believe that employment not only provides financial stability but also enhances self-worth and contributes to the overall growth of communities.

YTDS, in association with Zomato, initiated a drive for Women to make them financially self-reliant and promote employment. We were committed to onboarding and employing women to become Zomato delivery partners to fulfill their dreams and achieve their goals.
We conducted multiple drives to promote and support employment in multiple cities like Pune, Mumbai & Bengaluru.
In this drive, we have onboarded 150+ women so far and have made them self sufficient and self-reliant.
