Job Summary:

The Fundraising Executive will play a key role in supporting the organization’s fundraising efforts by engaging with potential and existing donors over the phone. The role involves effective communication of the organization’s mission, building relationships, and inspiring individuals, corporates, and institutions to contribute toward impactful programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound fundraising calls to individuals, corporates, and institutions from assigned call lists.
• Effectively communicate the organization’s vision, impact, and projects to encourage donations.
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with donors through follow-ups and updates.
• Accurately log call outcomes, donor information, and pledges in the system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
• Collaborate with the fundraising and communications teams to enhance call scripts and strategies.
• Uphold ethical fundraising standards and ensure donor confidentiality at all times.
• Represent the organization professionally in every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience using CRMs or call log tools.
• Passionate about social causes and eager to promote the organization’s mission.
• Prior experience in fundraising, tele-calling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Outreach & Fundraising Professional to lead our corporate fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with corporate donors, particularly under CSR initiatives. This role requires strong market research capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop compelling fundraising materials and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential corporate donors, primarily through online sources.
• Monitor donor websites and CSR portals regularly to identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain a database of potential and existing corporate donors.

• Develop and continuously update a comprehensive toolkit for corporate fundraising, including:
• Introductory emails
• Corporate pitch decks (summary & detailed)
• Presentations and proposals
• Compliance checklists and organizational data

• Draft compelling concept notes, project briefs, and tailored proposals to engage corporate donors.
• Ensure timely submission of all documents and proposals to prospective donors.
• Apply creativity and innovation in fundraising strategy and communication.

• Nurture and manage long-term relationships with existing corporate donors.
• Ensure regular communication and timely reporting to maintain transparency and trust.
• Share updates and success stories to reinforce a positive image of the organization.

• Collaborate with internal teams (program, finance, communications) to gather relevant data and success metrics for proposals.
• Take lead on additional fundraising tasks and strategic initiatives as assigned by management.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and patient teacher to train students in using Tally ERP 9 software. The students are mainly from 12th standard and college B.Com backgrounds. You will play a key role in helping them develop accounting and finance skills that prepare them for good jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach students how to use the Tally software on computers.
• Explain accounting basics using Tally in a simple and practical way.
• Demonstrate how to create invoices, manage cash flow, handle GST, and prepare financial reports like balance sheets.
• Assign practical tasks and small projects for hands-on learning.
• Review student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Clarify doubts patiently and support every learner’s progress.
